Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is deducted when we process your order. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

Shipping Information

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please note the following processing and delivery times:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Return Period

You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Return Process

1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Fragile items must be repacked with ample cushioning.
3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship to:

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bulbs & Live Plants: All items in the Bulbs, Bulbs & Accessories, and Bushes categories
• Fragranced Items: All items from the Candles & Fragrances category
• Custom or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming completion.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Ashland Sale Store or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

In no event shall Ashland Sale Store’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid Ashland Sale Store, if any, in the last 12 months.
