We are delighted to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that sometimes an item may not be perfect for your space. Our returns policy is designed with care, just like our products, to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience if you need to make a return or exchange.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your item(s).
Returns & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our dedicated customer care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Fragile items like our Accent Pieces, Bowl & Vase Fillers, and Candle Holders must be repacked with ample cushioning to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship It Back: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our returns center at:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by our team and then appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bulbs & Live Plants: All items in the Bulbs, Bulbs & Accessories, and Bushes categories are perishable and therefore exempt from returns.
- Fragranced Items: Due to their nature, all items from the Candles & Fragrances category cannot be returned once purchased.
- Custom or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition with original tags attached.
